The broiler farms are located in isolation in fields and house 1,20,000 birds in close-housed, deep-lit broiler houses. The farm's isolated location, and it being close to houses, ensures reduced chances of biosecurity threat posed in crowding surroundings.. The farms are fully automated, with automation in feeding and drinking. environment control, and utilizes silos for storage of feed.

Most important facts

  • The hatchery incubators are made in the Kohand facility of the company. The hatchery building is fully ventilated, and has a capacity of 14,00,000 birds per month.
  • The animal waste from the breeding farm and other broiler farms is sent to the bio-gas plant attached to the breeding farm, where it is treated and sold as manure to local farmers.
